Directions

For a liquid application:
Add a few drops of water to your lid or mixing surface, then add a small tap of powder eyeliner. Mix until a liquid consistency forms and apply using an angled eyeliner brush.
 

For dry application:
Dip your brush lightly into the powder, tap off excess, and apply directly to the lash line for a softer natural look.
 

Can also be softly blended for smoky eye looks.
